CENTR x HYROX SANDBAG
A great bit of kit. I bought it as I’m training for a HYROX race & wanted to practice sandbag lunges.
Besides lunges, It’s also good for squats & bent over rows. Just remember it doesn’t come with sand & you’ll need to fill the bags that go into the sandbag.
I've got double 16, 20, 24 and 28. These are the best out there.
Perfect to use for both single and double complexes, I never get frustrated at lack of room on the handles etc. The girth of the handles is also spot on.
When sweaty I would recommend a liquid chalk as they are not matted, but they don't rip up your hands and are a pleasure to use every single time.
Even when double swinging / high pulls and sometimes they clank between your legs, they don't chip.
Bought some more ex event plates and were good as the last ones I got. These had a few more marks on the the other set I bought but overall still I great condition.
So I’ve been going to BJJ classes for a couple of years, recently I’ve started to take it more seriously. We do a S&C class once a week and there are few KB exercises thrown into the mix this is where I found my love for the KB exercises… One of the instructors recommend this site for hardware I found it was reasonably priced and the quality looked good.. on receiving my KB they are a nice solid bit of kit and I haven’t stop using them. Cheers
