Returns Policy

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided that all original packaging is also returned.  Where it is notified of the customer’s intention to return within that 14 day period and the item is returned within 14 days of notification, Wolverson will refund the purchase price and an amount equal to any standard delivery charges.  The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the item(s).  If you would like to return after the 14 days you can as long as the item is in ‘new condition’ (that is, it has not been handled in a way which would not be permitted in a shop) and in its original packaging.

Returning the item within 14 days

If you would like to return an item and it is within 14 days we are more than happy to arrange for the courier to deliver the item back to us. We will arrange for the courier to send a return label to the customer via email. You will then be required to print the label off, stick it onto the parcel and take the parcel to the nearest collection point for the courier.

Once the item is returned to us, we will check the item over and make sure it has arrived back to us in new condition. Once this has happened a full refund including standard delivery charges (if any) will be issued to the customer.

Returning the item after 14 days

You can either arrange for the item to be returned themselves via a courier of your choice or we can arrange the courier for you. If you arrange your own return you should include your contact details on or in the box so we know on arrival that it has been returned by you and this will reduce delays in issuing a refund which will be for the price of the item only. When actioning the refund, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund before it is issued to you.

If you would like us to arrange the return, we can do so.  However, we will deduct the collection charge along with the 5% restocking fee from the refund that is due to you once the item is returned.

If we do arrange the return, UPS will send you a return label to stick on the parcel and take it to your nearest collection point.

Once the item is returned to us, we will check the item over and make sure it has arrived back to us in new condition.  We may reduce your refund of the price to reflect any reduction in the value of the item, if this has been caused by your handling it in a way which would not be permitted in a shop.

If you would like to return a palletised item within the 14 day period we are more than happy to arrange for one of our courier companies to come and collect the item from you, together with the pallet on which it was delivered.    You can specify the day on which collection can take place but the collection will be between 9:00am-17:00pm as we are unable to provide you with a time slot for collections.

Once the item is returned back to us it will be checked to make sure that it is still in new condition and all parts and packaging have been returned. We may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the item, if this has been caused by your handling it in a way which would not be permitted in a shop.

Queries on the items that have been returned

If a returned item is incomplete or damaged, you will be contacted. If you have the missing parts and return them to us promptly, we will be able to offer a refund, which may be a full refund or partial refund depending on the time frame, whether or not we arranged the collection and the restocking fee (if the items are returned after the 14 days).

If the item has arrived back to Wolverson Fitness damaged, this may affect your refund. We expect you to package to the same standard as that in which the item was shipped out. If the item is damaged as a result of the packaging not being sufficient for transit, you will be liable for any reduction in the value of the item.  We are entitled to deduct an amount equal to that reduction from any refund.
