WHAT IS HYROX?
HYROX is the ultimate showcase of functional fitness, putting all that work you do in the gym, at home or outdoors to the test. Each race starts with a 1km run, followed by 1 functional movement, which repeats x8 times.
HYROX is the first fitness race that challenges endurance as well as strength in an exhilarating indoor arena that will get everyone’s juices flowing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or just starting out your fitness journey, you will find the right HYROX race for you
NATURAL MOVEMENTS
HYROX is inspired by the seven basic movements the human body can perform: Pull, Push, Squat, Lunge, Hinge, Rotation and Gait. All 8 functional movements plus running have been carefully selected to challenge all human facets without requiring complicated technical training or skills. This is what makes HYROX as a race accessible and safe for Every Body.
There are no time caps and no qualification requirements, so everyone is welcome to run and race at their own pace with the continuous support of friends, family and fellow participants
