Have now got a 12kg, 16kg, 20kg and 24kg. Replaced some older kettlebells I had and the difference is really noticeable. The black series are a real pleasure to use.
An assault bike for the home to me is the essential bit of kit for health and fitness minded peeps. Not only is the equipment tough and durable, it's your gateway to be the same...
Love this for my PT clients and rehab patients. It’s versatile enough to give stability to my Parkinson’s patients as well as being able to push my PT clients that want a challenge
Only got this yesterday from Wolverson, delivery all good and well packed/protected. Took about 1hr on my on, to put together, taking it steady, watching video. Very straightforward.
First workout was 30mins steady and all good. Makes some slight rattle, but as 2 chains to be expected. My only slight issue is that screen is hard to read without strong room lighting.
Good quality, well made mace. Detail on the bottom of the handle is cool. Went for the 4kg which I might out grow but perfect for a 1st mace to get the technique. (75kg Male who trains regularly with heavy kettlebells)
Fantastic piece of kit, I’ve been practicing with maces now for over a year now, started off with a 3kg mace initially then progressed up, I’ve purchased 15 and 20kg from wolverson fitness and they’re well made, with a great grip.
I’d recommend any aspiring athlete to get to grips with macebell training for that overall edge to stay ahead of the game.
I’ve got two folding racks in my small clinic gym. Space is of a premium so decided to get these racks and they are perfect. Easy to fold and unfold and solid as a rock.
