- The warranty is valid for one year starting from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
- It is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser.
- Any damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear is not included in the warranty coverage.
- Wolverson is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the product under warranty.
- If a fault is detected, discontinue use immediately and submit a warranty claim within 7 days. Using a defective product may cause more damage and void the warranty.
- Altering the product or using non-original parts, attachments, or components will void the warranty.
- This warranty is only valid for items bought directly from the wolverson-fitness.co.uk website.
- Commercial Warranty is only valid when used on a minimum 20mm gym flooring
- The warranty does not cover cosmetic defects or any damage discovered at the time of delivery. Damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery according to our returns policy.
- Products that are repaired or replaced under this warranty will continue to be covered only for the remaining duration of the original warranty period.
Consumables and Exclusions:
Consumable parts are components that naturally wear out over time and will need to be replaced periodically. These are not covered under the warranty. However, replacement parts are typically available for purchase through the Wolverson website or by contacting us at sales@wolverson-fitness.com.
Examples include (but are not limited to):
- Strength equipment: Upholstery (such as cushions, pads, and rollers), straps, ropes and handles, end caps, decals, foot plates, grips, and wheels.
- Cardio equipment: Brake pads, pedals and their components, decals, grips, wheels, bottle holders, saddles, and seats.

Home Use: Intended solely for personal use at a residential address.
Example: Assault Bike Classic -
Full Commercial Use: Designed for environments such as personal training studios, workplace gyms, schools, universities, hotels, physiotherapy and rehab clinics, commercial gyms, leisure centres, universities, CrossFit® boxes, HYROX affiliates, and other high-traffic facilities. If the equipment is not used at a residential address for home use, it will be classed as commercial use.

It is essential to select equipment appropriate for your usage environment. Using equipment in conditions beyond its designated category will void the warranty.
Any facility that charges for access or membership, or where the equipment is used in a commercial setting, will automatically be considered a commercial environment.
If your order is delivered to a commercial address, the equipment will be classified as used in a commercial setting.
