As we step into the fresh calendar pages of 2024, there's an unmistakable buzz around fitness racing, and one name is emerging louder than the rest: HYROX. If you haven't heard of it or considered integrating it into your fitness regime, now is the time to sit up and take notice.

HYROX combines both running and functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by one functional workout station, repeated eight times.

Each race is hosted indoors in expansive exhibition halls, creating an immersive and electrifying race, where your spectators can support you from the very beginning to the very end.
