The Wolverson HSPU Pad, featuring a 5cm thick layer of protective padding, includes arched cut-outs on each side specifically designed for bumper plate placement. This design enables athletes to maintain consistent hand placement while ensuring both the plates and HSPU remain stable and secure. Additionally, you can stack multiple plates on either side of the pad to train deficit movements.
Please Note: The Wolverson HSPU Pad offers cushioning for the head and neck during HSPUs but is not a failsafe against all potential head and neck injuries. Handstand push-ups and other inverted movements carry inherent risks, and some injuries may not be preventable.
