Q: What's the story behind Infinite Potential?
A: I founded the business about six or seven years ago after leaving the army due to a medical discharge caused by an injury. My professional football number was eight, and I used that as inspiration for the logo, turning it on its side to symbolize perseverance and continuous improvement. Over six years, we survived COVID and eventually found a gym.
Q: What type of gym is Infinite Potential?
A: We are a coach-led facility. All sessions are led by either myself, Sam, or Phil, who runs our club and HYROX sessions. We focus on small-group personal training and larger group sessions, such as HYROX or boot camps.
Q: How has fitness racing, like HYROX, changed the fitness landscape?
A: It's been amazing. HYROX provides a middle ground for fitness challenges, combining running and functional fitness. It's less technically demanding than CrossFit and appeals to a broad audience. It encourages people to try new challenges, whether running their first 5K, a relay, or competing solo.
Q: What type of equipment do you have at the gym, and why?
A: Our gym is built around functional fitness. We use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, sleds, and ergs. Everything is free weight and designed to promote proper movement and weight manipulation. Wolverson Fitness aligns perfectly with our needs.
Q: Would you recommend Wolverson Fitness to others?
A: Absolutely. We recommend them to our members and others. We've even helped a friend set up a gym using Wolverson's equipment. All our equipment top-ups come from them.
Q: How did you work with Wolverson to design your space?
A: Wolverson created a 3D visual design, allowing us to adjust and customize based on the building's unique dimensions. The collaboration was seamless, transparent, and efficient. When the fitting team arrived, everything looked exactly like the design. It was a smooth process from planning to execution.
