The exterior is finished with a softer touch tactile vinyl. This material provides a superior grip compared to standard rubber medicine balls, making it easier for smaller hands to catch and throw with confidence. Inside, an elastic inner core replaces traditional sand fillers. This ensures the weight stays balanced and gives the ball an improved bounce rate, making high-intensity workouts more fluid.

We know gym equipment takes a beating. That is why these balls are constructed with double stitched seams for a much longer lifespan, even with daily use in a busy box or sports hall. By removing the sand filler, we have also eliminated the "clumping" effect, so the ball keeps its round shape over time.
