Dumbbells are one of the most versatile pieces of gym equipment you can own.

If you're bored with the same barbell exercises, you can replicate the same movement patterns but with dumbbells, this will add an extra dimensions to your training

For example you could supplement the barbell row with a dumbbell row, or the barbell bench press with a dumbbell bench press.
