Brilliant bar!

This is a brilliant bar as it enables clients with chest and shoulder mobility issues and tightness problems to lift a heavy weight and have it resting on their shoulders.

Awesome bar

For someone with poor shoulder mobility, this is perfect. The bearings are smooth and the camber keeps the weight in the center of your squat. Bonus is, it's a 20kg bar.

Great bar

Safety squat purchased for an adaptive athlete who I train, an above elbow arm amputee and works really well for back squats and lunges keeping the bar securely in his back. He cannot stabilise the bar without this.
