What is HYROX?
Hyrox is a fitness competition that combines running and functional fitness exercises. It was created in 2018 and has since gained popularity as a challenging and unique event. The competition consists of eight different workouts, which are completed one after the other, with each workout being performed at a specific station. Competitors are timed on each station, and the total time is used to determine the winner. The competition is open to people of all fitness levels, and participants can compete individually or as part of a team.
