Very durable for workout sessions

I don't usually write reviews for gym kit but I thought I'd offer some insight.

I bought the 2x2.5kg kit. Plan being was that I'd wear it for most exercises. I don't do CrossFit, I train more towards calisthenics currently.

For reference, I'm 5'7, these plates were a good size for me, they weren't too wide or uncomfortable, I wouldn't say they get in the way, the only thing I do have to think about is pseudo planche press-ups.

They fit into the plate carrier vest that I bought elsewhere no problems, and the quality is spot on.

I do hasten to add, do not buy these over other plates on the basis that they're curved. It really doesn't make any different. If anything it's worse, since you can't stack plates- if you wanted to.

Overall though great product, would recommend if you were after 2.5kg exactly.

Cannot fault the quality of this plate and so much more comfortable than the previous flat plate. I only went for the chest so only got the one.
The weight is 5kg so that does mean 2 of them will put the weight over 20lbs (the classic Rx for CF with a vest for men) and no option for ladies regardless of weight vest they are in which - depends how precise you want to be to get that edge in competition!
