Looking for a full-body workout that will help you build strength and endurance? Look no further than our range of high-performance weight sleds, also known as prowler sleds. These versatile pieces of equipment are perfect for adding a challenging new dimension to your training routine.
Push and pull the sled to build leg, core, and upper body strength, as well as improve your cardiovascular fitness. The sled push and sled pull make up two stations in the HYROX race, putting your endurance and strength to the test.
Our weight sleds are perfect for preparing for this intense competition or just adding some variety to your training routine.

Can you use a weight sled on grass?
It is not recommended to use a weight sled on grass, unless it is designed for all-surface use, such as one with wheels. Traditional flat-bottom, metal weight sleds will damage the grass, but if you are using an all-surface model you can benefit from the added resistance provided by the grass itself.
