Love it. And because I had height restrictions this was perfect for me. I haven’t put the pull up bar.

Great kit and good value

Delivered within a few days. It took a few hours to assemble (watch out for the washers for step 3 that are in the plastic pack - i missed these and had to take the arms off again to install them). I have used an older model of the assault bike at David Llyod clubs. This is exactly the same, but with a better control panel. Really robust and a great all round fitness tool. Awesome for low impact cardio and especially for really hard interval HIIT sessions.
