DESIGNED FOR ATHLETES

Designed for Olympic Lifting and Crossfit, the Ultra Bar features 4 needle bearings per sleeve, offering maximum sleeve rotation. Our strict quality control ensures there is straightness rating of +/- 1mm and all our bars go though regular UK testing to ensure the highest standards.

AVAILABLE IN 20KG & 15KG

The Ultra bar is available in both men's (20kg) and women's (15kg) sizes. The men's version has a 28mm diameter with 415mm sleeves and women's has a 25mm diameter with 320mm sleeves.

It’s durable, it spins well, I like the knurling on it and it’s cheap, I’ve hit all of my PR's on an Ultra bar, I think they are the most popular Wolverson Bar for a reason, they’re great. You won't find a bar of this quality for this price anywhere else.

The best!!

Upgraded my Mirafit barbell after just 2 months! Bought the ultra bar after using a Wolverson bar for years in the box and feeling a lack of quality in my current bar ! The quality difference is incredible! The whip is amazing and its so much nicer to use for lifting or during a crossfit WOD! Best decision i made!

Love this barbell

This barbell is perfect for a range of weightlifting movements as well as for using in crossfit WODs. The bar spins extremely nicely and has made a big difference to my lifting. I would highly recommend this barbell.

Excellent bar!

Bought before lockdown, hit 2 PR's with it since, as said before by another customer, very good all round bar for a home gym.

Note: knurling is very non-aggressive as advertised. Would recommend chalk for oly lifts and Deadlifts to compensate.

Great quality

Bought this bar to replace an old 10kg barbell and haven’t been disappointed, fantastic quality barbell and worth the investment.

Best Bar I’ve Used

Instant PB’s when I started using this bar. Great for powerlifting, Oly lifting, metcon / CrossFit style. Overall great bar, I’m sure there are better sport specific bars but for a garage gym this is perfect all rounder

Awesome belt squat machine -

Excellent machine which is heavy duty and very well designed.

Will transform my leg training, especially after having back surgery so am no longer able to bar squat.

I use it for tricep dips, back pull, upright rows, calf raises and of course squatting, so it really is multifunctional.

It's a big piece of kit and takes up some space in my home gym, but I absolutely love it.

Beastly and useful

Whilst certainly small enough to fit in a larger size gym bag, you'd be better off making a sling from an unused jeans belt to carry on your shoulder simply because this is not lightweight.
It's a beast of a thing, made to last and although it didn't come with any literature stating a weight limit, I'd be happy using it to lever a fully laden bus off the ground.
Very ergonomic, very easy to use, built to last indefinitely regardless of the abuse it is given, it is very stable in use and is of course very easy to use so it represents fantastic value.
All I need to do now is etch it with my name in case I accidentally leave it at the gym because I'd be devastated to lose this.

Excellent bells, well balanced with good sized handles. I have another branded 64kg which is almost useless due to odd narrow handle. These have already been well integrated into my training for swings, squats, cleans and pressing.
