Was a bit nervous about buying these as they were expensive but they proved to be worth the investment and are very good quality. Got them mainly for practising farmer's carry but I use them most days even if it's just a few lifts. At my age, 70, even a few lifts is a good workout. As it happens I only have to lift 2 ×24kg in Hyrox but hopefully that extra weight will have benefits across other disciplines including running.
Row/skierg combo purchased in June. The quality of the Wolverson ergs is absolutely fantastic and without a doubt is comparable to that of C2. When I received my items, the rower was unfortunately damaged due to being dropped before delivery, however Rebecca had a brand new rower with me the following day and the faulty item collected the following Monday (Thank you!). Comms were great from start to finish. I would definitely order from Wolverson in the future!
I have been training since I was about 14 and I am now 57 (where did that time go!). I have trained with weights, body weight, Kettlebells, Club bells, sandbags and slam balls up to 70kg. All from Wolverson I have to admit. I recently purchased a 14kg Suples Bulgarian Bag and I must say it is brilliant. Very well made and it is great for getting the body to twist and move. It really helps getting out the muscle knots and stiff tendons from years of abuse. 14 kg (for me) is a good starting weight and I will be ordering probably a 19kg in the next few weeks. The product is not cheap but once you feel the quality you will be very impressed. My adage in life, cheaper to by right once, then waste your money twice. This thing will last years.now
