THE OFFICE FIT-OUT PROCESS

1. Initial consultation

In your initial consultation, we’ll discuss your unique space, style and requirements for a successful gym build.

Collaboration is key when bringing your vision to life, which is why we take the time to really get to know you.

We’re also committed to maintaining an open and honest dialogue with all our clients, offering full transparency on budgets, timelines and the installation process. These consultations can be done over the phone, over Zoom or in-person.

2. Design plans

Once we fully understand your vision, our design experts will begin developing a detailed plan for your fitness facility.

Our designs are created to optimise space and functionality without compromising on aesthetic appeal. However, we also include a breakdown of costs and timelines - so you know exactly what to expect.

We will then share our plans with you, welcoming feedback and actioning any adjustments before finalising details before construction begins.

3. Installation

Finally, the gym build begins. Our in-house installation team have a wealth of experience fitting out commercial and home gyms with unprecedented care and precision.

We work quickly, efficiently, so you can trust we won’t cut any corners. We’ll even remove and recycle any cardboard free of charge.

4. SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE

Once we’ve completed the install, it’s time to enjoy your new gym.

Our experts will be readily available to answer any questions following the completion of your fit-out. From equipment maintenance to servicing, we’re on hand to ensure your public gym is always operating optimally for both you and your members.
