Wolverson's Junior / Technique 10KG Olympic Weight Lifting Bar is the perfect way to get introduced to curling or squat stand exercises, providing all the features of a full bar at half the weight.
With semi aggressive knurling on all but the centre of the bar for a solid grip without too much ware, and slightly ribbed Bushed Chrome Sleeves for smooth rotation, this great bar allows you to gradually get used to correct posture, balance and technique before moving on to heavier bars and weights.
