Assault Runner Pro

No upper speed limit makes it great for sprints and faster interval training while being able to change pace on the fly makes it ideal for crossfit style intervals changing from one exercise to the next. The curve takes a bit of getting used to at first and my pace/mile times seem significantly slower than what I can normally manage (diffixult to gauge exactly how much difference there is but I can comfortably run a 6min mile on a normal treadmill but on this I'd be running about 8 min mile at similar effort) but once you adjust for that it's great.

The first one they sent out made a weird clicking noise but they came out to try and fix it and when they couldn't they replaced it no bother and I had a new one the following week. The replacement is running great so far, similar noise levels to a traditional treadmill for normal running but can get pretty loud when sprinting.

I've been looking at curve treadmills for a while now and decided to take the plung and buy one. The belt glides with ease, It's smooth to run on and very well cushioned. I was impressed with my first run as I didn't need to keep to the same pace, my speed differed as time went on and it was easy and quick to slow down or speed up. The treadmill is very robust and doesn't wobble whilst running. Best of all is that it doesn't cost anything to power. I wish I had invested in a curve treadmill a long time ago. Although they are pricey they are well worth the money.

Had this treadmill for a couple of months now, the whole family loves it. The youngest member of the family runs on it and much prefers it to the powered machines at the Gym. We all like the fact that you are fully in control of your pace and speed whether walking or running. The design and build are high quality and delivery from Wolverson was as promised.

Bought the runner few months ago having previously used powered treadmills, Much prefer the feel of this. You get used it in no time and it really gets your heart rate up. Connects to Zwift directly or you can continue to use a foot pod. Assault’s own app is out now so that can track workouts if you link up.
Don’t hesitate to go for this type of treadmill, brilliant.

Great piece of equipment for high or low intensity training as you run or walk at your own speed instead of a motor moving the belt you move the belt with your own energy burning even more calories this machine has saved me from injury’s to my feet and ankles it gives the feeling of road running but far softer as if you’re running on air that feel under your feet is very addictive great machine and superb quality highly recommended

The assault runner has proven invaluable and is excellent for crossfit style WODs, intervals and even longer running when whether keeps you indoors. Like how it's self-powered, very responsive to changes in pace and relatively quiet too.
