When we were at CrossFit Colchester, we had a chat with Chris, the owner. We took a look at his business plan. Knowing we wanted our retirement plan to involve something we both enjoyed, which was CrossFit, Chris's insights were invaluable. He took us through his business plan, and from there, we developed our own. That’s how we’ve become what we are today.

We chose the rig from Wolverson because it’s a fantastic piece of equipment. It’s smooth, the bars are smooth, and the wall targets are excellent. Everyone comments on the rig; they’ve all fallen in love with it. The targets are very similar to the ones in HYROX; they’re on the rig, not the wall. CrossFit Kids love the little blue bars because they feel like adults when using them. They often ask, "Can we do more front squats?" They love it. The fractional plates make them feel like they’re using adult equipment when loading the bars.
