My payment won't be accepted and keeps being refused!
This is most likely due to an address mismatch. We've recently updated our security system for payments. The billing address you enter must completely match the exact same format to the one your card has been registered to. If not it will keep getting refused.
You can pay via pay pal or do a bank transfer to our account if this keeps happening, just email us for further instructions. Or you may call us on 01922 618780 if you really can't get through with this.
How do I arrange finance?
Send us an email of everything you're after, we will then we pass on details to our finance company. Then the finance company will take it from there and contact you. You can estimate your quote using our Financial Calculator (available for business only).
Can I order in bulk?
Certainly, if you could send us an email with a list of items and quantities you are after to: email@example.com we can provide you with a competitive quote and shipping fee.
Do you provide discounts for trade customers?
Although our prices are already very hard to beat, discounts for multiple orders are available to both the public and trade. Get in contact with us for more info.
DELIVERY / POSTAGE / SHIPPING QUESTIONS
How are shipping fee's calculated?
For main land UK postage: parcels up to 2kg in weight are shipped via Royal Mail. Shipping charges are calculated dependent on weight. All methods required a signature so please bare this in mind when specifying an address. As a guide this is how the fee's are calculated:
0kg - 1kg = £5.00 inc VAT
5kg - 10kg = £10.00 inc VAT
10kg - 20kg = £15.00 inc VAT
20kg - 40kg = £20.00 inc VAT
40kg - 100kg = £50.00 inc VAT
100kg - 170kg = £65.00 inc VAT
170kg - 200kg = £75.00 inc VAT
250kg+ = £100.00 inc VAT
*PLEASE NOTE – For Deliveries arriving by Pallet, couriers can guarantee Curbside Delivery Only – Customers are responsible for transporting items from curbside to their property*
Can I collect my goods?
Collection is free and our opening ours for collection are on weekdays between 9am-5pm (not weekends!!). Please call us before hand to arrange.
I've not ordered much but my shipping has amounted to quite a lot?
This can happen due to a glitch in the website. If this is the case just call us!
How long does delivery take?
Although we aim for 4 working days, please allow up to 7 working days during busier periods.
I missed my delivery!
You should have received an email once your item was posted to find out which couriers you item was carried by. Your best bet is to call them first to find out if you can rearrange.
After you've done this and haven't gotten anywhere, please call us.

Please email us before hand with a list of items and quantities you are after. We can find out how much this will cost for delivery and get back to you quickly
My order is late!
If you have received a tracking / consignment number please call the couriers first then call us if any further problems and we will try our best to fix it, although please remember we can't be responsible for couriers actions!
My goods have arrived damaged.
Contact us as soon as possible. Please note there the tape on some of the parcels will provide you with further guidance, terms and instructions on this.
If goods/packaging arrive damaged, please ensure the goods are signed as damaged. Failure to do so will result in a claim unable to be raised for damaged goods.
I would like a refund or an exchange.
You have 28 for a refund or an exchange. Call or email us and we will get back to you quickly!
When are you open?
Our sales team are available to take your calls 9am – 5pm on weekdays. We have a show site also available however you must call or email us prior to visiting. We are not open on weekends, but we do check our telephone voice mails and emails every Monday morning!
Do you have a physical shop?
We don't but we do have a show room in Willenhall, West Midlands where you can view our products before buying them. You can buy them there and then with cash or card though. You must call us before visiting please!
