We wanted to provide you with an update on the current COVID-19 situation at Wolverson Fitness as we come to terms with the new “normal”. Our offices and showroom are currently closed, therefore our collection feature is not operating.
As company transparency is important to us and we have done our best to answer some of the most frequently asked questions below:
I’ve already ordered, when can I expect my kit?
Please be reassured if you have placed an order with us we are working to fulfil your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped from WOLVERSON HQ, you will receive a message from our courier with a tracking link. Please note there may be delays to dispatching equipment along with delays in the delivery networks.
DISPATCH LEAD TIMES:
In-Stock items: Within 10 - 15 working days
Pre-order items: Within 10 - 15 working days from W/C date of when equipment is in stock
W/C = Week Commencing
COURIER LEAD TIMES:
These lead times are estimates and only applicable when your item has left our warehouse. We use a 48-hour courier service, however, during COVID-19 this may be delayed and is out of our control.
- United Kingdom: 2 - 7 Working Days
- Ireland: 3 - 10 Working Days
I no longer want my order, how do I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please email Sales@wolverson-fitness.com with your order number and one of our team will assist you.
When are your items back in stock?
Please note, for email notifications of when a product is back in stock, you can click on the 'EMAIL WHEN AVAILABLE' tab on the product you wish to purchase (the tab is located on the left hand side of the screen.)
For any questions please drop the team a message on the live chat via the website or via email, but please note we are dealing with an extremely high number of enquiries, therefore we aim to respond within 24-48 hours.
